The Regis Rally, now in its fifteenth year as an historic road rally, is the final round of the HRCR Clubmans Rally Championship.  It is, once again, organised by the same team of experienced competitors and we will be continuing with our successful event format.

We are using the Amberley Working Museum, north of Arundel, West Sussex for our start and finish once again.  We have put together a 140 mile route in West Sussex, with timed to the second regularities, interspersed with special tests on private ground for the benefit of the drivers.

As per the HRCR Championship guidelines we will be changing the way the navigation is presented to crews but it will still have the Regis characteristics.  Among the types of navigation included will be Marked Map, Jogularity and Tulips but there will still be straightforward "plot and bash" sections, that should not entail having to stop and plot, with sensible average regularity speeds.   We hope to keep the experts 'on their toes' but our aim is to ensure that all novice crews get around the route without too much difficulty.  There are no sections on foot.

We are retaining the regularity time penalties system that has worked well in previous years.  This system rewards precision in the regularities but does not excessively penalise major errors.

Included in the entry fee is a light lunch, somewhere in Sussex,  and a hot Supper in The Lime Burner Restaurant at The Amberley Working Museum for both members of the crew. Liquid refreshments of all kinds will be hopefully be available for you to either celebrate your success or commiserate over that missed passage check, wrong test etc. If only ....

The organising team looks forward to receiving your entry and we hope to welcome back our regulars along with some "first timers".  If not competing, we would welcome your assistance in marshalling the event.
